Swedish Hasbeens’ New Ad Campaign

Advertising & Marketing / Fashion / Photography / November 2, 2010

I must admit, I’m not much for the clog, but on the same note, I appreciate them and the stylish women who like wear them.

Boldfaces, a graphic design firm, and photographer Aida Chehrehgosha, recently collaborated to create an ad campaign for the Swedish clog company, Swedish Hasbeens.

The newly revealed ad campaign is part retro, part female power, and part fabulous.  I may not be a clog wearer, but seeing these brilliant retro posters makes me want to put on a pair of clogs, march down the street, and join a revolution.

Swedish Hasbeens has been making clogs and 1970’s inspired shoes since 2006. Voted as the trend of the year in Sweden at the annual Trend Award Gala 2008 in Stockholm, they design shoes, toffels, bags, and belts that are based on original 1970’s styles.
