1980’s Band Culture Club to Release New Album in 2012

Boy George, lead singer of the Culture Club,  has announced on BBC Breakfast that the band will be reunite in 2012 to produce an album.

It’s been nearly 13 years since the 1980’s British pop band Culture Club did a reunion tour and 12 years since they released an album. In 2002, the band came together for a 20th anniversary concert at the Royal Albert Hall.

Following 2002, lead singer Boy George began a successful career as a DJ and dabbled in other projects like writing songs for Broadway Musicals (Taboo), designing a clothing collection, photography, and kidnapping male escorts.
