Under $150: Emulating Diane Kruger’s 1940s Screen Siren Look

In our book, Diane Kruger can do no wrong in the style department.  We love that she takes risks with what she chooses to wear, and the outfit that she wore at the Jaeger-LeCoultre Place Vendome Boutique Opening made us green with envy (can we please be her for one day?)

MO’s favorite, stylish screen siren was spotted at the star-studded opening wearing a fitted Jason Wu navy lace jumpsuit with an uber-sexy back. She accessorized with a simple gold watch, bow belt, black Zanotti sandals and a black Jason Wu clutch.

Why we’re obsessed: Kruger’s look gives a strong nod to old Hollywood, but with a more modern take. The strappy heel, the fitted jumpsuit and her red lips and victory rolled hair worked harmoniously together to create the ultimate 40s inspired look.  This is what perfection looks like, girls.

How to get this look: If you want to look like a sexy screen siren, but don’t have the Hollywood budget to match, try our affordable version, which will have you looking like Hollywood royalty.

We found a blue-patterned CLOSET Cowl print jumpsuit and paired it with an Expressions Metallic Wave Box Clutch and a pair of strappy sandals by Candies. To complete our look, we added an ALDO belt and a Titanium watch. For a dose of glam, be sure to add a victory roll in your hair. If you don’t know how, thankfully YouTube offers tons of DIY tutorials.

Now, pucker up and add a bold daring red to your kissers, like Givenchy’s Rouge Interdit Satin Lipstick in Cancan – true red. You’ll be sure to look like a million bucks, baby.

Total cost to this look: $118.77
