Ok. So you might not be into the latest sidewalk pyjama fad, but we do have a compelling reason to wear your pyjama’s outside of your house for one night (other than being the latest fashion victim).
Meets Obsession has partnered with IFC films to bring you a special screening of the film, “Sleepwalk With Me,” which was the winner of the 2012 Audience Award at Sundance.
Based on the successful one-man show, SLEEPWALK WITH ME engages in the kind of passionate and personal storytelling that transfigures intimate anguish into comic art.
Produced and co-written by Ira Glass (NPR’s “This American Life”), SLEEPWALK WITH ME features a stellar supporting cast that includes Lauren Ambrose (“Six Feet Under”), Carol Kane (Taxi), James Rebhorn (Meet the Parents), Cristin Milioti (“30 Rock”), and a sampling from the who’s who of today’s stand-up scene.
Mark your calendars, District dwellers. The fun begins on Wednesday, August 29th and passes are limited (the screenings in NY sold out immediately).
Slippers encouraged and teddy bears welcome. VIP seating goes to the first 10 pajama-clad attendees.
