EU Embassy Open Houses In Washington, D C

One perk (among many) about living in DC is that you’re in the presence of all the great Embassies that represent exotic countries from around the world.

If you’ve ever been inside a country’s embassy, you’ll know that visiting one is like being immersed into that countries’ cultural heritage. From the language, to the architecture, to the etiquette and food, the second best thing from visiting a country, is visiting that country’s Embassy within the US.

And that’s why we made certain to attend the EU Embassies’ Open House,  an annual one-day event organized by Cultural Tourism as part of Passport DC where all the European embassies open their doors to the public for family fun, food, culture and more.

For more information on the next EU open house, please visit: http://www.euopenhouse.org/

In the meantime, check out all the photos from our international DC excursion. *Photos by Elise Vu and David DeMaria for Meets Obsession Magazine*
