It was only a few months ago when it was announced that Saturday morning cartoons would soon meet its demise.
Millions of adults who had spent their childhood Saturday mornings watching cartoons such as “Scooby Doo, Where Are You,” “The Jetsons,” and “The Flintstones” screamed foul play.
What would the newest generation of kids be watching on Saturday mornings?
Apparently, cheaply-produced educational programming — because nothing says weekend fun more than educational programs.
Thankfully, for those that enjoy their Saturday morning cartoons, streaming services like Netflix and Hulu exists, which means you can watch a never-ending catalogue of cartoons anywhere and anytime you’d like.
But streaming services aren’t the only ones who have forever immortalized our favorite cartoon characters.
According to WWD, fast-fashion retailer Forever 21 is reviving the Warner Bros. cartoon characters in a collection set to launch Nov. 28.
The unisex 44-piece collection will feature famous characters from Looney Toons and Hanna-Barbera classic shows.
This November, look out for Bugs Bunny, Tweety Bird, Daffy Duck, Scooby-Doo, The Jetsons and The Flintstones, all of who you’ll see in the upcoming Forever 21 collection.
Th-th-th-that’s all folks!
