Kelly Ogden of The Dollyrots might well be the last true bastion of female punk.

Bassist and lead singer for a band that’s been around more than a decade and earned a sturdy fanbase for their tight, catchy, modern twist of the genre, Kelly and the group self-released an album from nothing but a Kickstarter page. She’s an icon of the underground scene with supporting slots with Joan Jett and Paramore to prove it. Five albums in, she shows no signs of relenting.
